Festivals and Events
In the summer months, you’ll find the Farmers’ Markets every Thursday and Saturday, the Max and Emily’s Summer Concert Series, Thrilling Thursday’s, the Downtown Car Show, Movies by Moonlight and the annual Mt. Pleasant Craft Beer Festival in June.
In the fall, kids trick-or-treat at Downtown businesses at the annual Pumpkin Promenade in October, the ladies get out and shop with friends at the annual Ladies Night Out in November, and your dollars help the local economy when you shop in Downtown on Small Business Saturday to kick off the holiday shopping season.
The year closes with the annual Mt. Pleasant Christmas Celebration which includes pancakes with Santa and his reindeer, carolers and musicians playing throughout downtown, children’s activities and it ends with the popular lighted Christmas parade.
