Spring favorites -things to look forward to

Seasonal Re-openings

The return of warm weather brings back some of our favorite things we missed throughout the winter months. What tops the list? We’ll give you a hint: You scream, I scream, we all scream for… ICE CREAM! Seasonal ice cream shops around the county re-open as the flowers begin to bloom in April. In addition to sweet treats, local restaurants throughout the city open outdoor patios and decks for diners to enjoy the fresh, spring air.

Highly-anticipated Events

When spring rolls around, the area comes alive as we get closer to this season’s highly-anticipated events. Spring events include: Shepherd Maple Syrup Festival, Gus Macker 3-on-3 Tournament and Doozie’s Opening Day!
