In this foundational, 200 hour training, students will be guided deeper into their own personal practice as they find their voice and style of teaching. Utilizing a student centered model, this training emphasizes effective and efficient language, strong awareness and understanding of alignment principles, and a focus on practical, safe practice techniques. This training will include deep exploration of topics such as efficient and effective cuing, anatomy, alignment, chakras, yoga philosophy, and sequencing for various levels of practice.
This training meets on Friday, Saturday, & Sundays, once a month. RedBloom Yoga is a registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance, which designates this teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance's standards. Students who complete an approved training with this school may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs).
